Duane Border Design is providing landscape design for a planned community in Taichung, Taiwan including community pool, community gardens, and residential terraces. The pool design is based on international boutique hospitality brands - elegant lines, refined finishes, and exclusivity.

Duane Border Design combined their hospitality design experience with their design principles of luxury residential projects to elevate the experience through the use of intimate seating and lounge areas, limited pool area, abundant planting layers, and private cabanas. This design shift takes the pool experience from multi-user hotel character to private villa.
